Package One A490: Air cooled Unit and a P33-26-6 Eutectic Plate.
This compact system package suits refrigerator cabinets up to 100 litres, or freezers up to 50 litres, with a single plate.
Extremely low power consumption. Typically if installed in a 100 litre refrigerator it would consume approximately 8 to 12 amp/ hrs per day during cooler months and up to double that during summer.
The A480 unit is 280mm deep x 185mm high x 240mm wide. (+ couplings)
Allow a space minimum of 320mm deep x 200mm high x 350mm wide.
P33-29-6 plate is 330mm x 290mm x 60mm thickness overall.

Another compact system package with our smallest eutectic plate and suits refrigerator cabinets to 120 litres, or freezers to 60 litres, with a single plate.

This popular system package has our medium sized eutectic plate and suits refrigerator cabinets up to 180 litres, or properly insulated freezers up to 80 litres, with a single plate.

This air / water cooled package especially suits suits properly insulated refrigerator cabinets up to 200 litres, or properly insulated freezers up to 80 litres, operating in tropical conditions or where air to the 12 VDC refrigeration unit is restricted.
Most suitable for tropical use, a 150 litre refrigerator using Package Two would consume up to 36 amp/ hrs per day during hot tropical months but much less during cooler months.
The AW480 is particularly suited to this mid range eutectic plate.

A 300 litre refrigerator would consume approximately 48 to 57 amp/ hrs per day during summer, much less during cooler months.
The A480 is particularly suited to this larger eutectic plate.

Most suitable for tropical use, a 250 litre refrigerator would consume approximately 44 amp/ hrs per day during hot tropical months, much less during cooler months.
The AW480 is particularly suited to this largest eutectic plate. in tropical conditions. All AW480 units include the micro pump kit.

Automatic 240VAC (or 110VAC) power converter.
Options:
This 250 watt converter mounts on top of any Ozefridge condensing unit.
The converter is water proof and is pre-coupled to automatic switching which chooses AC power whenever available and reverts back to the 12VDC supply when AC supply discontinues.
Being separate from the Motor Driver Module eliminates any possibility of a 'dirty' AC mains power supply causing damage to the MDM, compressor or other electrical components.
The mains lead is plugged into the mains supply / alternator etc while at the same time the 12VDC remains connected. If the AC mains supply is interrupted in your absence, the system will continue to operate from the 12VDC supply. Low battery cutout is at 11.5V.

Twin Plate Systems to suit Large Freezers and Combination Fridge Freezer Cabinets. (Spill-over)
Combination Fridge - Freezer cabinets operating with twin thin eutectic plates coupled to a single condensing unit, have become very popular specially with lager capacity and more efficient systems available.
Usually using our optional thinner eutectic plates mounted opposite each other and coupled to an AW480 air and water cooled unit.
Combination cabinets can be up to 325 litres total capacity well insulated top opening cabinets. (Say: 125 litres of freezer, 200 of fridge.)
A second eutectic plate is added to the most suitable packages described above. The system must be built originally for servicing the twin plates.

Thermostat controlled transfer fan kit, with LED temperature read out.
The thermo-fan kit is used to service the adjacent fridge area of combination cabinets as described above.
With the AW490's digital controller and twin plates maintaining the freezer section, an 80mm fan is installed inside a duct between the two compartments.
A remotely located digital controller panel (matches the AW490 controller panel) monitors the fridge temperature and powers the fan to cycle cold air from the freezer to the fridge to maintain desired fridge temperature.
Air is circulated so a second return air duct is needed. We recommend these two dividing wall ducts be as high and as far apart as possible.
The thermo-fan controller can be switched off if the fridge compartment is not needed and the freezer compartment can then become just a fridge.

Remote controller panel kit:
The remote control-panel kit allows the controller panel to be located up to three metres away from the condensing unit.
The kit includes a blank stainless steel cover and socket clamp to cover the unit.
A three meter multi cable with D sub plugs each end makes running cable through to remote panel location, a simple task.
Should additional length up to six metres be required, a second three metre cable can be added.

Dispatch in Australia and New Zealand is via TNT Express and usually is delivered to your address with three to five days.
Dispatch to SE Asia and North Americas is via TNT or UPS air courier and usually delivered to your address taking five to seven days.
